Description
Special flasher unit serves to switch alternately the lights of the vehicle and the additional (vehicle) lights. The relay can only be used with special permission e.g. fire engines, police and ambulance vehicles.

Function Special flasher unit is an electronic relay for switching the head(lights) and additional lights of a vehicle. The function is switched on and off by the control inputs RU, ST, 58 according to the table below. A defect of the light is indicated by control lamp between C and 30. No defect is indicated by permanent light, breakdown of one circuit is indicated by flash light, breakdown of both circuits is indicated by no light at all. The module is protected against reverse battery and the outputs 87 and 87a are short circuit protected.
